FAQs

Is a bootcamp right for me?
If you want to kick start your weigh loss or fitness regime, if you are a regular exerciser who is looking to try new exercises or are a complete novice and don't know where to start then yes.
What do I need to bring?
Once you have booked we will send you a full kit list for all of the Brealy Bootcamps, however the most important things to bring are the desire to get stuck in and a sense of humour.
Will I be fit enough to keep up?
All our Brealy Bootcamp events are designed so that you can work at your own pace.
Can I come on my own or do I need to bring a friend to get a share?
A lot of Brealy Bootcamp clients come on their own, but you will quickly find that spending time with other women who share the same goals and ambitions as you is great place to be.
What happens if it rains?
We use indoor areas when able to, but come on ladies a little water won't hurt.
What if I have a food intolerance?
We carter for all dietary requirements, our nutritionist will guide our chef on the right types of food you require.
Do I have to share a room?
No you don't have to share, you can choose to have a single occupancy room, however a lot of our clients do come on their own and are happy to share a room with one or two others. You may find you are glad of the extra motivation to get you going.
Will I be hungry all the time?
At Brealy Bootcamps you will eat every 2 - 3 hours to keep your metabolic rate high and so keep your body burning calories and stop you feeling hungry.
Will I be shouted at?
Some bootcamps are run on military lines by ex and serving forces personnel and their style reflects that. Here at Brealy Bootcamps we don't need to shout to get the best from you. We will encourage and motivate you and push you to achieve your goals.
