Weekend Bootcamp
Who says fitness and fun don’t mix ? Not us. Our weekend boot camps are a great way to get a flavour of the Brealy Bootcamps experience, to get back on track to fitness and weight loss or to focus on a specific personal goal; but whichever style of weekend you choose, you’ll be getting fitter whilst feeling like you’re on holiday! Select from a range of short breaks with exercise sessions that cater for all abilities.
Our weekends run throughout the year at selected residential venues in the UK and with 3 or 4 day weekends to select from, you can easily fit them around your work.

All fitness weekends include accommodation, three meals a day plus healthy snacks, water and all exercise sessions – everything you need to prepare for a lifetime of fitness and weight loss (you can book additional 1-2-1 advice and treatments when making your reservation).

The Brealy Bootcamp Dance and tone Weekend
Friday 2nd - 5th August 2013, Berkshire
Come along and take part in our weekend Bootcamp that features all our regular workouts from Pilates, Nordic walking, Kettlebells, Metabolic Circuits, and Boxing. But also includes 13 hours of Dance classes from Zumba to Cheerleading.
This weekend will help you kick-start your weight loss and fitness for and give you the motivation to carry it on at home.
And to support you after the weekend you will receive a post bootcamp exercise and nutritional plan along with access to our members site and loyalty scheme.
