1-2-1 Personal Training can be in a gym, your home or an outdoor area, you will have a comprehensive lifestyle and goal setting assessment, a tailored exercise programme with nutritional advice.
Semi private personal training
Julie offers all the benefits of private training sessions including assessment and programme prescription, but you share your session with up to three other clients.
You have the option to either meet with and train with Julie once a month, or meet for an initial assessment, from which Julie can prescribe you an individually tailored programme to suit your needs and achieve your goals.
