What will I eat ?

Losing weight and staying fit don’t have to be at the expense of enjoying your food. Unlike other weight loss programmes, our nutrition plan is not just about cutting calories to achieve goals. A nutritious, balanced menu of 3 portion controlled main meals and 3 snacks everyday will ensure you’re satisfied and have the right amount of energy to complete the exercise programme so you get the best results from your time at Brealy Bootcamps.
 
We will make sure you understand the food types you should eat and the time of day you should eat them. Following the behaviour change techniques and the meal plans we give you, you will be far less likely to over eat or go for the wrong foods when you are back home.

While you are with us, our Nutrition Therapist, Kate Delmar-Morgan will deliver two nutrition workshops to ensure you understand the importance of a nutritional plan. We’ll give you a recipe pack to help you make good eating a permanent part of your new lifestyle, so you stay on track to achieve your weight loss or fitness goals.





Sample Daily Menu

  • Breakfast: Scrambled eggs on rye toast
  • Morning Snack: 2 oatcakes with nut spread
  • Lunch: Carrot Soup, Grilled chicken green Salad
  • Afternoon Snack: Date flapjack
  • Dinner: Salmon fish cakes, stir fried vegetables
  • Evening Snack: Cottage cheese and walnuts


We are passionate about the quality of food we serve at all our breaks and whichever boot camp you select, you will eat, good, fresh, local ingredients while they are in season.At our retreat venue, we are lucky enough to be able to take fruit and vegetables straight out of the gardens on site and prepare it in the kitchens so you enjoy the freshest food experience possible!

I would just  like to say how much I appreciate your bootcamps because, as an older person (over 60) I am always nervous about starting any exercise class. At Brealy Bootcamp we all worked at our own pace and up to our own capabilities. Even when I was the slowest, I never felt neglected, left behind or under pressure. Although I will not now become a champion athlete now, I feel that you appreciate the importance for older people to exercise in order to lose weight, stay healthy and keep flexible.
