At Brealy Bootcamps Walk and Tone Weekend we use workouts to bring you a Low Impact but High Intensity Bootcamp that will guarantee you the same Health and well-being results you would see from any of our events.

Some of the Walking workouts you will be doing !

Nordic Walking uses poles to in order to add two major benefits to walking.

The use of poles means the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs. The poles help to propel the walker along – this means he/she works harder than usual yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier!

Power Hikes using body weight, speed and power this workout will transform your normal stroll in the park into a calorie burning workout.

Brealy Bootcamps Walk and Tone Weekend will challenge you but allow you to work at your own level. The variety and combination of Low impact but High intensity workouts will be highly effective and FUN!
